I have an extensive and diverse background in group health insurance. My areas of expertise are Health Care Reform, Workforce Productivity, and Small Business Plans. My focus is to provide clients with long term solutions that will improve employee wellness.

I partner with brokers and consultants to provide actionable solutions to control their self-funded client’s Rx spend. Through these partnerships we provide lower contractual savings, a proprietary and catered clinical approach and a boutique service experience to serve clients of varying sizes and industries.

Benefits & Risk Solutions (BRS) specializes in all aspects of benefits consulting and risk management strategies, including: high-level carrier negotiations, healthcare funding alternatives, wellness programs, total rewards, communications, M&A and underwriting. BRS provides the highest quality human capital consulting and risk management services, and delivers it with exemplary customer service.

Currently Vice President at USI Insurance Services. As a Employee Benefits Producer for USI, my purpose is to engage C-level executives and Leaders of people with “Cost Reduction” conversations that improve a company’s overall net profit. Current Board member – Los Angeles Association of Health Underwriters and Employee Benefits Planning Association of Southern California. Previous positions include: Group Sales Representative, Ameritas, responsible for the promotion, sale and servicing of Group Dental, Vision, Hearing and Student Loan Repayment programs. Solving for the needs of the employer, broker and insureds maintaining the highest level of service and expertise; Senior Associate at Mercer, responsible for New Business Development and Client Relationship Management within Mercer’s Growth Division; and Director of Sales, Western Dental & Orthodontics, responsible for sales and service team of Group Dental and Vision Insurance to Employers, Unions and Associations in California.

Regional Sales Manager at Amwins Connect. Prior to this, I was with Word & Brown General Agency for almost 9 years. When you need any multi-lingual support, I’m your go to as I’m fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Shanghainese. I am passionate about the work we do at Amwins Connect and I believe in helping my clients and their businesses thrive.

President of Huntington Association Management, Pat launched the firm over 30 years ago and helps association boards with strategic planning toward reaching membership growth initiatives. Along with a background in corporate marketing, branding, and public relations, Pat also provides crisis training, board training, and membership and charity strategies. She publishes frequent articles on management and has guest lectured at universities in southern California.
