Bobbi Kaelin has been with PayPro Administrators, since 1991, where she initially managed client services and marketing, with regards to tax-advantaged benefits. Her expertise has expanded to include compliance, plan design, technical issues, and broker services.

She is a certified healthcare reform specialist, CDHC certified, and was one of the few non-agents instructors in California, that provided training for Covered California, for California’s exchange certification.

She has done training for school districts, municipalities, private organizations as well as non profits – in HIPAA, ERISA, Plan Design, Compliance. She is a Provider under the Department of Insurance, instructing insurance agents and brokers in continuing education, as has written and instructed courses in Ethics, Consumer Driven Health Plans, COBRA, HRAs, HSAs, ERISA and Cafeteria Plans.

She joined the Los Angeles Association of Health Underwriters in 2009, and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2013. In 2018 she was the President of the Los Angeles Association of Health Underwriters, and the Treasurer for EBPA, Los Angeles.

She resides in downtown Los Angeles, and is involved in community outreach efforts and active in the Downtown Historic Core.
