I am a passionate evangelist for advancing innovation and technology in health care and insurance to deliver a better consumer experience. Prior to joining Oscar, I had the privilege of helping stand-up California’s health benefit exchange, and building the agent distribution channel that continues to account for nearly half of the total 1.5 million enrolled through Covered California.

Rachel brings vast experience in employee benefits, underwriting, implementation, wellness, and compliance. She is well-versed in small and large group coverages: limited medical, fully-insured, and self-funded plans. With excellent relationships with her insurance carrier partners, Rachel assists clients with selecting the best technology, such as payroll, HRIS, online enrollment programs for their businesses. Active in ProVisors and Vistage, Rachel is Former VP, Finance and Executive Committee for Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) and a Past President of EBPA.

As a Market Director for VSP Vision Care, I manage new and existing businesses (1500+) in Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties. My goal is to help my clients and their employees understand the importance of eye health and eye care. VSP is the nation’s largest vision carrier with more than 80 million members.

She believes that employee benefits and health insurance are an important factor in a person’s daily life.
